In today's inter-connected online world the internet is an important part of everyday life for many people. Personally, I use the web for a wide variety of reasons: buying stuff, reading news, banking and paying bills, keeping up with friends near and far, discovering new interests, information gathering, as a phone book, a map... the list is endless.
